Q1 : What will happen first?

A1 : You can contact me via the contact page and I will always respond within 24 hours if not sooner. Alternatively, you can contact me by phone if you would like a quicker response.

We can discuss, in detail, your exact requirements and introduce me to your pet, making sure you both feel comfortable with me.

Q2 : Are you police checked?

A2 : Yes, I have a current DBS certificate which can be viewed on request.

Q3 : Will my dog be let off the lead?

A3 : This depends on your requirements. I am happy to tailor to your requests.

Q4 : Can I contact you whilst you are out on a walk to check on my dog?

A4 : Yes, of course. I can also send you pictures of your dog playing in the park!

Q5 : Will my dog be cleaned if it gets muddy?

A5 : Yes, I always have towels and wipes on hand and will make sure your dog is clean and dry before returning them home.

Q6 : What happens if my dog hurts itself?

A6 : I will contact you straight away if anything happens to your dog. I have recently completed a pet first aid course and you can be confident that your dog will be taken care of. I will also have details of your registered Vets.
